I highly suggest rewatching the show. Most of (if not all) the Mane Six have no issue with her. They definitely don’t seem to not like her in the ending of the episode you mentioned, much less after.

They never forgave her for every little thing she does? Not even that time she read a book, or nudged a rock off a path, or walked across town, or read another book? Man, that’s harsh.
In my own personal head cannon, Spike is the only one of Twilights friends who actually likes Starlight. The rest of the Mane 6 tolerate her because she’s Twilight’s student, but never truly forgive her for Every Little Thing She Does, and never really forgot about her cult either.
But Spike, Spike has an actual affinity with Starlight.

Starlight’s only connection with Spike is Spike was the first person that wasn’t Twilight who actually genuinely cared about her and they got really close throughout the series. Though I’d consider them more as friends than a genuine ship.
Rarity is his first crush, Sweetie Belle is nearest his age, Ember is his own species, and I do not know what Starlight has at all. I already explained what makes Rare something he needs to get by. Sweetie or Ember would be best, but which one?
Different strokes for different folks. I’ve never understood him actually being paired up with Rarity, since I’ve always viewed his affections toward her as being nothing more than puppy love.

I think artwork was drawn way before Smolder was introduced.
Man what I wouldn’t give for an update of this because not just Smolder but Gabby has been shown hanging out with Spike as well.
I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask but How mutch effects the dragon’s and the pony’s grander to the result of their crossbreeding?
