I don’t think that’s Sliver Berry. But I bet that she’s one of the ponies present in Canterlot during the Friendship Fesitval and the Storm King’s takeover of Equestria. Because Silver Berry is from Manehattan, one of the background ponies, who was placeholder named, “Dawn Sunrays”, who first appeared in “Twilight’s Kingdom - Part 2”, says that everypony from Manehattan to Saddle Arabia is here in Canterlot for the Friendship Festival.
