As a Chinese guy myself, I can say that this design is quite fitting for Skystar’s marine origins, because it looks like a bubble and it makes Skystar swirl like the currents of the sea. The puffs of air next to her also suggest that she is transforming herself to fly, as though the sea and air were but one element.
 
Besides, the word at the centre of this papercut means “luck” or “good fortune”.
