I’ve been to Europe, Canada and America (working manager and HR positions and tasked with hiring on ENTRY LEVEL JOBS). All three are the same when it comes to wanting a stupid amount of experience to get the job… (And yeah, I understand the person with the experience getting the job over the guy with none, but asking for it like a pre-requisite and declining someone when no with experience applied is asinine.)
capitalism is the investment of capital into businesses, which then trade goods and services, and the ones with the most capital get to do it more, because the army said so. generally it also implies investment, with interest, so you have to pay back your investors more than they gave you. because the army said so.
just trading goods and services is called uh… trading. or sharing.
the government records and enforces the value of money, the repayment of debts, and the accumulation of interest. no government = no capital = no capitalism
@redweasel
But the government, by itself, is not capitalism.
You can’t have capitalism without the markets, but you can technically have capitalism without government.
Yes, that one
Jeff? That degenerate filthy captialist pig from Amazon Co. who wasted resources just for fun!
Yup, crony unfair capitalism led by corporate greed mostly alright.
That is why we need more “for social” mindset, but not to the point of full communism.
Pretty much any company regardless of location in a nutshell.*
