I’d probably put Cream Heart at B. She has a nice if ordinary design and the concept is good, but she’s ruined by a good portion of her art being incest.

I put her in since I was considering possible fanon depictions of her, not just her one- cameo appearance in FiM #40. (That’s why fan characters like Golden Brooch and DV are in there too.)

…The only exception being Spoiled Rich, of course. She belongs in F tier.
I’d shift Velvet and Cloudy higher on A list, Delta to B, and bump Golden up to S tier.
