Yes to a certain degree I thought of that Alice too. A black haired young girl in a demented, nightmarish world wielding a knife for self defense and so on ( Ada here may have other means of self defense too but the first weapons I found was the Knife). Of course the D´lirium as a game has a different story overall from American McGee Alice but there are similarities.
