It really depends on the continuity but usually the case is yes she is stronger than Superman. This is because in her origin story she is older than him when Krypton blows up and usually spend way more time circling the sun before landing on earth. This allowed her to absorb more direct sunlight than Superman (who’s sunlight is filtered though the atmosphere and therefore weaker IIRC.) thereby making her stronger.

Well, first off this is just a fantasy/dream of Applejack anyway. Second, this series is not a one where Reality Ensues as this is on the fantasy scale of idealism.

They’re going to have a hard time ignoring the plumbing when everyone has to wait to go home to use the restroom, and high school typically starts at 7:30 and functions on days when clouds block the sun, are we to assume they just made a switch to candle lighting?
Okay, first of all the amount of damage to the plumbing, wires, and concrete foundation will take forever to fix, and the repairs are straight out of the taxpayers money, just so you know. And second of all wouldn’t unevenly raising the building off its foundation cause the left wing to break off.
I guess like anyone’s imagination, it doesn’t factor in consequences

Batman and Superman have been around for 80 years now and they are still the most popular and well known superheroes of DC. I think you need to get your facts straight.
Well thank goodness it’s just imagination, because buildings cannot do that. If they do that, they’ll be structurally completely unsound afterwards and must be demolished.

In this short the girls each present ideas how to get the keys they need out of the locker inside, with the catch being that the school is closed for holiday. One by one they present their idea, and every time Twilight points out the flaws in them.
Applejack never actually tried to lift a whole building, only said she would, which is not enough for us to conclude that she actually could (and even if she could, the school would collapse under its own weight anyway).

in cartoons buildings are just Legos glued together and as for pipes and wiring we just ignore that
