Unless Twilight is immortal, the Mane Six are all dead, or worse, they’ll become ghouls. Same for Luster and her friends, and all of Ponyville.
The general rule of thumb for a nuclear explosion is to hold your thumb up at an arm’s length, and if the mushroom cloud looks bigger than your thumb, then you’re too close to be safe.
