There’s no such thing as a 720 McTwist, only a 720. Either you spin and rotate twice fully, or do a 540 and a somersault in one (which is what a McTwist is).

Having the board move in the opposite direction of her left hoof scooping is not possible unless you use your heel to do a shuvit. So either this trick is a heel shuvit or a backside bigspin.
