In theory, probably a really simple liquid fueled rocket using a propellant and an oxidizer with no method of regulating flow. Crank the valves, spark the igniter then explode on the launch pad because there’s no way in hell this thing could possibly work. In practice, cartoon physics, which will thankfully also let the pilot walk away from the inevitable clash no worse for wear than some singed fur, instead of being distributed across several non contiguous corn fields.
