Applejack should’ve had a similar ending to Pinkie. Her entire character is about family, so why didn’t she start one like her brother? Real missed opportunity, there.
Dunno. I think they just gave up on AJ as a character. A part of me suspects “woke culture” because intersectional feminists bully women who are married and have kids calling them tools of the patriarchy or something so they didn’t want AJ to be married “to get with the times.” But when I look at the bigger picture, MLP is as red pilled as Aggretsuko. Just look at all the married couples; Big Mac and Sugar Belle, Sunny Skies and Petunia Petals, Cadence and Shining Armor, Bright Mac and Pear Butter, Cranky and Matilda, Pinkie Pie and Cheese Sandwich, even Starlight and Sunburst if you think they’re married. The show does put emphasis on how love and starting a family is just as important as friendship.
Yeah. I didn’t like how AJ was the only one who didn’t have any major character growth or life events. Rarity has her fashion empire, Twilight’s a princess, Fluttershy has an animal sanctuary, Pinkie is married and has a family, and Dash is probably Captain of the Wonderbolts.
