What I wanted to achieve is that each and every one of those who participated did not feel bad, why would they feel bad? In that case I am just going to guess that it might have been a dispute on who is best princess from the early days of the show (before Twilight became a princess) that got a ton of artists taking sides and making fanfics and drawings ing the side they chose. One side ed Celestia heavily, and the other side ed Luna heavily. Eventually they came up with the ‘Solar Empire’ and ‘New Lunar Republic’ to describe their individual communities.

If I may ask, what is this Equestria Civil War that you are referring to? Is it a fanfic or fanfic series from years back?
What does this have to do with the third faction (if not fourth, fifth, or God forbid the sixth) in the once-popular Equestria Civil War concept?
