Happy birthday, Titaniium (dead link) : )She’s wearing a party hat and is blowing on a party horn.Since the only picture you have up of her is a headshot, I had to guess for her legs and tail, I hope you don’t mind :’)This was a very fun drawing, and also a bit challenging - I actually did all of it on one layer, and I feel it came out quite well!
