There’s no way they can be the same. How they view the ponies in their videos is a great difference and my mentality prefers to see it as how they feel about those characters.

I thought that was obvious. Agrol’s for the closer-to-canon works, while Forga is for the more silly stuff like the alicorn Starlight multiverse and other bits.

Honestly, it is possible they could be the same animator using different s (sort of like Nathaniel Bandy vs Bathaniel Nandy)
