The poses are similar, but other than that and it being the same artist, that’s the only similarity.
It’s a little like songs by the same band can be recognized as being by the same band. Artists with definite and clear styles are often very identifiable simply by their poses.
The hair especially though is a huge step up. This shows a lot of growth since that older image.
