Nah. A biological male with completely feminine body, and whoever’s responsible for him are treating him like what he ain’t.
I suppose in his case his hormones are largely reversed: he has way more female hormones than male, so it’ll remain to be seen how his body changes when he becomes a stallion.

He’s definitely male; he just has a really feminine face and body. The fact he’s like 12 exacerbates that.
