Taytinabelle is my wife. She does not use any other names and it has been years since she posted her art anywhere other than her twitter or our private discord server. She has never drawn this Rarity anywhere except on her tablet (and no it’s not CGI). She is also significantly better at traditional art than whoever you linked.
You posted someone who has copied her art without permission and without credit.
