I was wondering if this scene from Megaman Zero 2 can be ponified. After seeing Trixie power hungry with the alicorn amulet and later became apologetic, I think it might work.

As for Copy X and Omega Zero, they would be physical counterparts of Twilight and Dash. I also think Starlight Glimmer makes a better Dr. Weil than Discord since she was very powerful as a villain and what made it more jaw dropping is that she was a Pony villain, one of them basically, and with Dr. Weil once being a human, you get the point, lol
