Good effort, but there’s one thing I’d change; namely, Luna realizing that she tried to beat death the only pony who loves her. After all, Luna is jealous of Celestia getting all the love and adolation of the masses, and she thought she has none, but she didn’t realize she has her sister’s.

After a brutal one sided battle Nightmare moon has almost beaten her sister Celestia to death and she is about to throw the last punch with her bloodied fist to finish her off. But she can’t bring herself to kill her own sister, However Celestia’s body is so weak she might as well be dead, she can hardly breath without choking on her own blood. Nightmare moon took all that fighting power, all that rage that’s still in herself and shouts in anger at her sister.
“Why did you make me do this!? Your fighting so you can watch everyone around you die, think Tia! You’ll outlast every pony on this planet, You’ll live to see this world crumble to dust and blow away! Everyone and everything you know will be gone! What will you have after a thousand years!?”
“You luna… I still have you.” Said Celestia. Luna felt sadness in her soul, she looked at her hands to see the blood of her sister. It finally dawned on her; she was so angry, she didn’t even realise that she was beating the only pony she ever loved to death. She took to the skies and banished herself to the moon ;but not before shedding a single tear
“See what I mean, Sister? You can’t just charge into battle without a plan! And most importantly, when some-pony fires an attack at you, don’t just stand there! DODGE!
