I mean if Rarity’s flashback is to be believed, Cheerilee is APPARENTLY the same age as Dash and if not, slightly older.
Like prior to TLP timeskip Dash is 29 while Cheerilee is like 33.
Then there was a later Flashback that showed Dash and Spitfire being around the same age.

I always interpreted the ‘m’ in ‘milf’ as standing for mature, rather than specifically ‘mother’. Mature or mother, I just like older mares.

Cheerilee doesn’t have any kids though, she’s a single teacher. She has mom energy yes, but I’d imagine Harshwhinny and her fight over Dashie with Applejack being slightly annoyed.
