That’s a Hungarian political campaign poster from the World War One era, promoting the Democratic Socialist ticket.
At the time, DemSocs were a major European political movement, and enough of a competitor on the socialist side of the spectrum that Stalin would later declare them to be Fascists. That changed back to “Comrades!” like two years later, after the rise of Hitler… which in part was made possible by the German Communist Party pairing up with the National Socialists to shut down what was then a mostly German DemSoc government.
Politics makes for strange bedfellows and all that.
