I’d like to go back in time and then wonder how I am in this time if I haven’t been born yet. Then how did I use a time machine that didn’t exist yet? Better yet, will I be transported to a certain location or will I stay in the exact same space I will occupy in the future a I time travel. If I occupy a space which in the past already has matter what will happen?

Don’t underestimate swords as an effective weapon at close range. The main advantage of swords over guns obviously, is that it doesn’t require ammo.

Best not to think about it too much. I do believe going forward in time is fine though. Much less complicated and no loops.
