I don’t see how they could be mistaken for yours since looking at your OC and his, there are differences. Yours is lighter in colour, is female while his OC is male, has a different number of stripes in the mane, etc.
That and cause it has their name in the description, as the OC belongs to my friend Rachet and even states that this was a redo of a drawing that was originally done in 2016 (and which I don’t know you so it couldn’t be your character). I also do not think Rachet has a character tag, so I’ll be leaving it as I don’t feel that it’s necessary as well as the fact that I don’t even their whole OC’s name to do so which is why one was never added to begin with.
