The princesses were stripped of their political power in a pro-democracy coup earlier in the series. They’re still around, but they seem to function more like British royalty than absolute monarchs.
If Patricia’s that disinterested, Amethyst should just bring her rule violation to the attention of the media. Patricia said that nothing was going to come between her and her ambitions. This could be the right kind of nothing.
I like how people went from HATING Amethyst Star for leading the HOA in this series, to now wanting her to destroy Patricia only to lead the HOA again. Lol! This series has made people completely 180 their opinions so many times, I love it!
Ooh, bad move. There are other forms of leadership that look good for politics, like city council or school board. Having a position for the sake of the position only leads to the disgruntlement of those you’re responsible for, and guess whose votes you’re gonna need for election, bucko.

You can’t reason with HOA F*heads like her. Should have gone directly to the smear campaign. All you did was give her a chance to prepare countermeasures.
The creators did say that ‘project’ was non-cannon though. Nonetheless, clearly this world isn’t princesses and royalty either though. :)
