It seems to me that Twilight Sparkle in this picture is a pegasus
Her horn is there, just difficult to see from this angle and distance.
The artist chose to interpret her bangs as flaring out and hanging far from her face, so her horn might look short (though it also is a bit short). The horn is also pointing a bit more forward than upwards.
I dislike being out in the rain. If I’m under shelter with a nice cup of tea, the rain isn’t too bad. I also dislike rain that lasts longer than a few hours. I need sunshine.
As long as it’s proper long rain and not short one when it’s very dry, otherwise it smells like a wet dog
