She’s much smaller than Izzy, giving her a boost to stealth. Her much brighter coloration reduces such advantage. She’s currently actively hiding, so stealth again goes up. Her wings would probably decrease noise when flying, which does give more stealth but not in this current situation. And, finally, irl humans often don’t look up when actively looking. Thus, her rating goes up again.
I forget if she was making any noise at this time, so I can’t really factor that in. If she was, then obviously stealth goes down but isn’t really affected if she wasn’t.
