Cant we just try to enjoy this for what it is. Do you really think the Creators of FiM would leave us hanging?
If there’s anything to hate about Equestria Girls its that its the MLP Movie, So not for us Eurobronies. Thats what I hate most about this, and nothing more.
You don’t see the paradox in flaming on someone who express his opinion in the comments of a picture that expresses a opinion?
Why I feel the need to explain my opinion is to give some context to my negative feelings about this whole thing rather then just screaming “This sucks!” To hate or dislike something without any substance is immature, that is why I always feel the need to back up any negative statements or opinions.
And I certainly did not in any way try to prove my side of the argument right. I clearly stated this is what rubs me the wrong way, the entire post was subjective.
If it bothers you that much that people sometimes expresses opinions different then your owns you should get of the internet.
Let me ask you this. Why do you feel the need to prove or explain your point? Will something dreadful happen if you don’t air your dislike in public?
This is just another show on the Hub made by DHX that the majority of bronies won’t like as much as FiM. In other words, no different than Pound Puppies and Littlest Pet Shop. I don’t see you people feeling the need to explain why those are bad.
Perhaps it wasn’t a typical wedding, yet I find other reasons not to like that two-parter.
And even if they add a twist doesn’t mean they’re not going with highschool-bitch as a theme, they’re just doing highschool-bitch with a twist. I for one can’t see a way too make that any more enjoyable.
But hey, we all hope Im wrong and that it will be fucking amazing, don’t we?
Actually the magic collumn and the fact the staff that gave us the Canterlot Wedding is working on this shows it will be more then a typical Highschool plotline. (Was the Canterlot Wedding a typical wedding?)
I don’t know, there’s something about the character designs that rubs me the wrong way. Could be that their arms are pinsmall, the weird colorization or the fact that their eyes are bigger then their boobs, I don’t know.
And that the plot seems to be the overused highschool-bitch plot, the fact that Spike been degraded to a dog thus cementing his inferiority to his ponyfriends or that Twilight seems to be hooked up with a cardboard cutout of her brother, which is fucking weird.
But yeah, death threats and shitstorms are too much of an overreaction, I agree. Still think it’s gonna blow though.
I’ve been to high school, but I don’t think I’ve ever heard of “Hich school.”
