the club. I hate spring. And trees.
Fun tip, though: ibuprofen can make sinus trouble worse. I have a few polyps in mine, and ibuprofen (and related compounds) makes them swell, stops me from even being able to breathe through my nose, and has thus caused sinus infections. It’s far better to treat the allergies, whether it’s by antihistamines, corticosteroids, etc., and/or [HEPA|electrostatic] air filtration. The headaches go away once they’re under control.
