FWIW, if you’re really into chili, and might be interested in an Eastern European twist, check out Tony Packo’s chili. I’m not associated with them or anything, but I grew up not far from their ‘hometown’ of Toledo, so I learned early in life to appreciate Packo’s Hungarian-style chili, hot dogs, and pickles.
