I’d just like to state that this goes against expansion fetish cliche laws.  
The Venus of Willendorf is a symbol of fertility from back when the more rotund a female was, the more fertile, and thus, attractive they were.

I’m just commenting what I see, that is a magically huge-breasted Daring Do with a tin hip and nothing else.
 
Well, looking at the picture we can’t really assume waht’s happening below her hips, so maybe she’s suffering what is called “Hourglass Expansion” (Huge Breasts, tiny abdomen/hips, huge Butt) or maybe she’s turning into a naga, sprouting a penis or even inflating her feet (feet expansion is a thing that exist. Deviantart mostly).
 
And no, I don’t have a PhD in breast expansion, it’s almost impossible to the exam about dicknipples.
