Actually been kicking myself a bit after this was pointed out elsewhere because I hate making mistakes like this. I’ll probably fix it in a few days, probably even with a screenshot of my own since now that I think about it I think the emulator I use has a CRT filter that would fit much better.
I hate to be the “some sort of magic xylophone” guy, but that is a Super NES and a Super NES cart, and the screenshot is from the NES version of Yoshi’s Cookie. The SNES version looks a-like this:
