chancellor quackers. the first democratically elected leader of equestria. based on the g1 pony of the same name. i was going to draw her doing something funny, but what does a chancellor do that is funny. i could draw her running against starlight glimmer, but thats not really funny. i could draw her ruling that the monarchist party will not be recognized by the senate and thusly forcing them to rebrand as the feudalists, but i fell asleep in the middle of writing that sentence. i loved quackers enough to make her the most important pony in equestria, but in doing so i have made her the most boring. rip
