IDK, this isn’t really something you can just “get through”. You can only adapt to your new situation. Rainbow Dash has lost her dreams, her ion, her most important talent and the very thing she formed her identity aroud.
Her special talent involves flying. And she can’t do it anymore. Plus she can’t even move and be athletic like she used to since her heart was damaged.
