@Mr.Myoozik
Um… People who put in additional effort to make your day worse?
What kinda dysfunctional slum do you have the misfortune of residing in?
If really true, here is my advice: Keep that job. That job comes second only to your schooling and God. Both are so you can get a better job and out of that tarpit area. Forget about taking risks for your friends and even your family, until you are on solid ground. THEN (neither sooner nor later, but THEN) turn around and help those you care about out of that place.

I propose this for any (mental) redoes: “Returns it if there is anyone watching, otherwise leaves it in any the middle of the road around a blind curve with a life-sized baby doll she stole from Good Will sitting in the foal area on top of a bottle of ketchup for maximum psychological trauma.”

With his powers, and before his reform? Yes.
But this is just about personality, and ignoring the powers.
Barely Post-reform and with powers… fetches Fluttershy a cart, then if he is in a generous mood, teleports the carts in the corral into the place where people get their carts, but stacked into an interestingly shaped modern art-like pile, which is very hard to actually extract a cart from for use.
@UselessThrowaway
I put her in the ‘returns it’ category because, even though she is a sociopath, she does care about her reputation and relies heavily on projecting an image of innocence and obedience to manipulate others into giving her what she wants. So she does return it, but for the wrong reasons (I should have created a separate category for that).
Cozy Glow does not return the trolly. Cozy does not do anything that makes anyones life other than hers easier. Cozy Glow leaves the trolly in the middle of the road in the hopes that someone crashes their car into it.

As a cart pusher myself, I appreciate all the Twilights in the parking lot
Good! I thought I was the only one.
