Some notes: Costco does have official hex codes for their red and blue which I used for her mane+tail.
She has 3 blue stripes in each like section of her mane and tail, and the 3 blue stripes in her forelock are always on her right side.

PRO GAMER - I am so lonely. All the other gamers are scared of me. No one DMs me. No one friends me. They think I am unstable. They send me from match to match, wiping lobbies in their name.
