So could you imagine like a Breath Of The Wild style MLP game with you wandering as Twilight with Spike just exploring old ruins!
Actually it’s actually kind of sad take on it thinking about it because it could be a thing where she and Spike got petrified or suspended in time or something and the ruins are actually Equestria and kind of like in Breath Of The Wild the power-ups and whatnot would be the spirits of the mane 5 and each dungeon would be one of the Elements Of Harmony’s resting place.
Oh and whatever happened to cause all this could be the reason why she’s back to an unicorn and and getting all the elements in the fighting the Final bosses when she ascends back to an alicorn or it could be a power-up she could turn on and off like Sunny
Like the first dungeon you do is to get her element of magic which gives her the ability to go into her alicorn form pseudo like which is how you unlock the glide in this
The visible chunk borders are due to a world generation bug, appearing only in some rare specific seeds when the chunk coordinate is greater than 2^16. Sadly this got fixed in recent version 4.123 of Equestria.
