While thinking it impossible, I tried to make a sort of headcanon about Rainbow Dash announcing that Wonderbolts and Washouts has united. Here’s the full announcement of her:

Good evening. While I have no good thoughts at the Washouts, the message from the Wonderbolts Academy has shown that: We’re, temporarily, ing together to cope with the crisis of stunt flying in our country.
Stunt flying is a sort of dangerous, but exciting workout, as everyone believes. But after a serious accident on the Canterlot Carnival while making our team seriously injured, the confidence of our team has collaspsed due to something faultily described.
We has tried to explain the real situation about the whole accident, but the slander to our team, while was spreading until now, has impacted on our self-confidence. While frustrating, we believed that solo doesn’t make sense.
To be frank, the Washouts, which is believed as the team consisted of retired from our team, has shown some of the reckless stunt, and gained a certain popularity, but that didn’t do well while I was on the observation.
So, we should confess the fact that we were a sort of rivals, but due to the derailment of the situation, we have to unite to cope with them. It’s the necessity for our future. So on behalf of the Wonderbolts, it’s official: We will be ally until everypony can still trust us for the most expert stunt flying team in the Equestria.
