Unlikely this mattered. Destroying the virus requires specific sound waves. Not to mention they would not be audible to humans as the frequency used is way outside human hearing range.

I spent all of the spring and summer of ’20 standing within ten feet of up to 3,000 people per day and neither felt sick nor ever tested positive for COVID. It was a certainty, not merely strong possibility, that I would be exposed, so I was exceedingly careful and made sure to 1) be mindful of air movement 2) wore an effective mask and sealed it with tape 3) used hand sanitizer when I felt the need 4) carried an ample supply of nitrile gloves.
What’s funny is, in fall of 2019 I decided on my own to read up on how viruses move thru the air, how masks work, which masks to wear for what purpose, almost as if I knew what was coming. I simply didn’t want to catch a cold from my coworker as I was sharing an enclosed space (8x10 security booth) with him for 12 hours.
Protective hygiene is the most effective way to prevent catching an illness, but it would still be cool to test if an ultrasonically loud environment could reduce infectivity. I’d love to see a hospital in a big city run an ultrasound system to see if it brings down the number of nosocomial infections.
