What an awesome intro! It literally gave me chills! I’d definitely watch that crossover, or even a full remake of Equestria Girls in the style of The Twilight Zone :D

Three years ago a one Sunset Shimmer came to Canterlot High from a place so fantastic, it could only come from a fairy tale. Three years ago Sunset Shimmer came here seeking what all megalomaniacs seek. Three years ago Sunset Shimmer thought her past only something to be conquered. Today she just returned from said place, obtaining the one part she needed to set her plans into motion. Tomorrow, she will sit on a throne. What she doesn’t know is her past sent her a present. A present in the form of a purple alicorn who will change Sunset’s future in ways that could only come from The Twilight Zone.”
As a fan of both shows, I just had to make an opening narration a la Rod Serling.
