However, this picture was recently untagged again (and then retagged). Also from all the many fetishes that I really do not like, it is almost exclusively diaper fetishes appear in my feed due to poor tagging (hence my filters not working on them).

There’s tens of thousands of them, so that’s kinda insane. Especially since it sounds like you have them hidden, so I have a hard time believing you’ve seen even 1% of them.
