Spike are Starlight are respected roommates along with Twilight and Moondancer, with every creature living in the same house. They are still teasing each other at times but each have their own special someone. I believe Gray and Glimmy have their work romance working at the same place.
Edit: Appears Glimmy still wants some dragon for old times sake. Good for Spike that he can tease back but still shut it down and be professional with it.
