The series is anthro, but I tend to accidently find artist who prefer humanized or just straight human. Still they make great stuff.
As for the story, I can understand some distance, 8 seasons in and Stygian is barely taking stage as a main villain now. Well, to be clear the rest of the seasons had their own villains, with a wendigo being the main villain overall. Make sense given Its my take on the Hearth’s Warming event

I don’t know anything about the Fanfic this is based on so I can’t really judge it based on that. but art quality is great. reminds me of a castlevania pony crossover or maybe a dark souls pony crossover. very stylized.

I wanted the artist to lean more into the accuracy, but they didn’t want to do anything anthro related. Really, just glad the hair is closer since they originally made it basic gray.
