“Well it seems that you all learned a pretty valuable lesson today.” Celestia smiled at the ponies before her. Her smile faded as her gaze met Twilights’, whose hopeful smile dwindled at the eye . “But unfortunately I cannot forego Twilight’s punishment today. I simple cannot let this incident slide without some consequence.” Her students friends all cried out in protest, once again reminding their Princess that the incident wasn’t entirely Twilights fault, but a raised hand silenced them. “I will speak to you all once Twilight and I have had a…private discussion. Would you five please wait outside the Library.” Her tone indicated that this was most certainly not a question. Twilight sighed, resigned to the fate that awaited her as soon as her friends left. The mare mumbled quietly to her friends, and dutifully escorted them out of Golden Oaks. She closed the door, and turned back to her beloved teacher. Celestia held a hand out to her most precious, most faithful student and led her up the stairs of the Library for a small amount of privacy. Their long discussion and the cries that followed each pointed slap to a bare mare’s bottom were still very much audible to the five ponies waiting outside.
I have been waiting for OVER TEN YEARS for SOMEone to draw this scenario at the end of Lesson Zero but it really does seem if you want something done you have to do it yourself! Poor Twilight. Hopefully this is the last time she has to learn a lesson this way. We’ll see. >)
I have always envisioned Twilight and her friends to be well into adulthood, this is a consensual situation. Even if Twilight doesn’t like it very much. Celestia is just old fashioned that way.
