Twilight is finally a unicorn again, but Rarity is missing which probably means my favorite pony is absent, I can’t enjoy Twilight and Rarity being the same pony type again, and Rarity will still never get tied up nor gagged. Can’t Hasbro do anything right?

Next seasons: the destined ones are slowly presented and start to form the Mane6 along the seasons

I don’t think G5 truly failed. Most adults just disliked it because it was not identical to FiM and happened to be set in the future, and stuff, which probably affected views. I’m not sure people love any new things (except G4 at the time because most people liked it? I’m sure ‘‘if many like it, I like it too’’ exists, we saw it with Labubu), it’s a psychology’s thing. G4 is good in some ways, but also I’m fairly sure every other gen is too, and G6 will be as well.
This. We need to stop this “It’s new so it sucks” mentality and actually give these things a chance.

So if G4 had a Mane Six, and G5 had a Mane Five (until Misty happened) and G6 will now have a Mane Four…
We can perform linear extrapolation. G9 Twilight will be miserable and fundamentally alone in the universe. G10 will be an experiment in decentralized narrative structure. There will be no G11, or it will become something none of us can fathom.
