I’d hard disagree. Evil is a moral choice and is inherently harmful.
Chaos is by nature neutral as there are no moral judgments, and it’s not inherently harmful (though it can be). It’s either just complete disorder and lack of structure, or (metaphysicaly) a fundamental state of existance where there is formless potential which can be influenced by other forces to create reality. (Think like a painters studio where the disorder may suddenly spark inspiration for a new piece of art). Either way there are no morals involved.
I’d argue evil is way worse as you can be evil without been chaotic (systematic organised evil.) Where as, if you are chaotic without been evil, you are morally either neutral or good and just doing random pointless stuff without direction.
The only reason chaos could be worse is the unpredictable nature of it, the ‘wild card’ factor. But again even in the case of someone been evil and chaotic, they wouldn’t last long under normal circumstance (no joker level plot armor or been massively op). They may initially do a lot of damage but a lack of order and organisation would lead to them been taken down quickly.
Ramble aside, good job drawing Tirek for the first time. Looks accurate.
