Fluttershy seems like someone who would be into the classics too, anything from Sailor Moon to Dragon Ball seems fair game.
Trending stuff you could do anything from Genshin Impact, if game cosplays work.
Then ofc the anime Frieren, or other iconic things like Rem & Ram from Re:Zero, or Aqua or Megumin from Kono Suba.
Those are characters many have seen before even if they never saw the shows.
