I was one of the first story artists to Boulder’s first feature, My Little Pony: A New Generation.
This first sequence is from the early opening in the film when Sunny’s dad tells her the legend of the Mane 6, led by Twilight Sparkle.
The objective was to set up this new world, tie it to the previous stories and explain what has changed.
The story developed and changed a lot as we were working out how to shape the new chapter of My Little Pony.
