I think he did a long time ago, which at the time was just well-made raster work.
Dunno if he ever switched over to vectors though.

It’s still all raster work and I’ll take it as a compliment that it’s clean enough to be mistaken for a vector. Shout out to Sparklex for the high-res s used in backgrounds; I pull from later seasons about as frequently as early seasons now since I pick relatively nondescript scenes anyways. In the name of giving shout outs, CloudyGlow, EStories, and Stephen-Fisher’s work in particular have been a boon for clean lineart.
