There doesn’t seem to be a consistent meaning for the tag brad, at least going from other images that are tagged as such. At most, it seems to be associated with a specific facial expression.
Pretty sure that facial expression is his waifu-stealing face from the Waifu Stealer memes. Often reposted as a reminder that Brad exists, and, by the power vested in his eyebrows, he is coming to steal your waifus.
Decided to do a little meme archaeology because I mostly missed out on the “brad is stealing your waifu” thing at the time it was happening, but now finding it absolutely hilarious. I still feel like I’m missing things (probably the duckiest fractions of drama might have gotten deleted) but here’s what I got:
Originally the leaks/rumors were saying that Hasbro brought in outside help from “teenage high school drama movie” script writing expert(s), and one of the mandates that came down from that was there had to be a “love interest” for the female lead. Said love interest was named “Brad.” (the writers eventually gave him a pony-style name later)
So anyway people were up in arms that Equestria Girls was probably going to be a high school Twilight X Brad romance.
Then his face got leaked and people started reposting it everywhere. That subtly smug expression with those eyebrows was just perfect for trolling against a stereotypical “___ is mai waifu” target audience.
So the brad tag still exists to this day, long after his canon name of “Flash Sentry” was revealed, specifically for documenting instances of Flash Sentry in the context of stealing waifus.

As for the brad end tag, it just doesn’t really exist, and the only other image with it is just an edit of Flash’s face pasted over multiple characters.
Anyway, I personally don’t think they would be relevant here because Flash’s character isn’t important for the context of the image. He could easily be replaced and nothing would actually change.
brad end originally being a one-off joke tag doesn’t change this. Every tag first starts off with a single image. The question is, does it fit?
Let’s analyze the name of the tag itself: “Brad End” is a portmanteau of “Brad” and “Bad End.”
Logically, an image tagged brad end ought to contain a Bad End involving Brad.
If you read the comments on that image, they are filled with jokes that explain its message: by assimilating every pony in Ponyville, Brad has successfully stolen all the waifus.

What does this image contain? Twilight somehow marrying Flash Sentry instead of Applejack for no apparent reason. Twilight looks sad and Applejack looks like she’s pretending to smile trying to hide tears. Waifu successfully stolen.

I wonder if the rating of this image should be changed to grimdark and also add the nightmare fueltag. I mean, even being on 50 meters from Flash Sentry ought to enter into the top 10 worst moments of your life. Poor Twilight…

Correct me if I’m wrong, because I’m not intrerested in tag warring if it’s somehow controversial: brad is not a typo, it just means Flash Sentry trying to steal one or more waifus. brad end means the story ended with Flash Sentry successfully stealing said waifu(s).
It’s not the end of the comic though. That’s just another AU that may or may not get a continuation in the future. Pixelpub is constantly making those, but sadly most never really get any development past the first iteration.
