Pumps are no fun to inflate stuff with which is why she’s doing it manually plus she wants to make everything into a competition. Bit of FlutterDash fluff here too because Fluttershy wants to help Dashie by blowing into the valve herself, and might feel like she’s sharing a ionate kiss. Either way my headcanon is that upon inflation, Rainbow dash gets mouth to mouth from Fluttershy with Scoots doing the chest compressions of R.
